The CCR role involves welcoming patients, verifying details, recording vital signs, and supporting ECG procedures. Strong communication and multitasking are essential, with rotation shifts required to cover clinic hours.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any medical-allied course
• Basic First Aid certification is an advantage
• Experience in clinic operations is preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Computer literate, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Willing to work on rotational shifts (5 days a week, with varying rest days)

Daily Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients at the front desk

• Record vital signs and prepare patients for consultation

• Assist with appointments, patient questions, and necessary documentation.
• Keep records organized and ensure the clinic is well-stocked.
• Provide hands-on assistance to physicians and help facilitate quality patient care.
• Address concerns professionally while following clinic protocols and service standards.
