Carelon Global Solutions Philippines, Inc. seeks a Managerial Assistant for Customer Care in Pasig. The role oversees day-to-day operations, drives performance, and acts as a liaison for internal and external groups on program initiatives.

You will manage CCR teams, conduct performance reviews, hire and train staff, and ensure service metrics. A BA/BS and 5 years in a call center environment are required.

Formación

• BA/BS degree required; 5 years of related call center experience or equivalent background.
• Experience leading CCR teams and driving performance metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as operations point of contact for day-to-day operations and issue resolution.
• Conducts performance reviews and participates in performance management initiatives.
• Leads and coaches CCR team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Coordinates staffing needs and schedules with workforce for leaves and attrition.
• Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates direct reports.
