BANK OF THE PHILIPPINE ISLANDS is seeking a Customer Sales and Service Associate (CSSA) to handle both financial and non-financial customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and account opening. The CSSA will also cross-sell bank products and services to customers.

Key duties include handling KYC processes, ensuring documents are complete and properly filed, and maintaining branch operation standards while delivering strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Processing – Provides fast and accurate delivery of banking transactions and services, including cash and check deposits, withdrawals and bills payments.
• Performs opening of accounts, completes KYC/EDD, and ensures customer documents are complete and properly filed.
• Maintains cash within limits, balances end-of-day transactions, and secures approved forms and records.
• Supports customer service and cross-sell of bank products to customers.
