The CSSA will process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, account openings, and related tasks while delivering prompt service and maintaining accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance in daily branch operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking or teller roles is preferred.
• Ability to cross-sell to Personal Banking customers.
• Familiarity with KYC procedures and transaction documentation.
• Comfort with reporting tools and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Process over-the-counter banking transactions accurately.
