Job summary

Sumitomo Electric is seeking a qualified candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering fields and 5-8 years of experience in NPI, customer program management, or product engineering in the electronics or automotive industries.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, customer-facing skills, and knowledge of APQP, PPAP, DFMEA/PFMEA, and Lean methodologies. A Master’s Degree or PMP certification is a plus.

• PMP certification is an advantage
• Background in EMS or Tier 1/2 Automotive; FPC/PCB knowledge is a plus
• Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, IATF 16949
• Proficient in MS Project or similar tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
