Chevron Holdings Inc. in Makati City, Philippines is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join our finance and accounting team.

You will provide business decision support, financial forecasting, analysis, reporting and ensure accurate month-end close and strong controls. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in accounting or management accounting, at least five years in finance or auditing, and excellent English communication, analytical, teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Analyst. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Provide business decision support (e.g. financial forecasting, analysis, and reporting), and core finance and accounting services (including month end close process and reconciliation activities)

• Deliver accurate and timely financials and effective control performance

• Collaborate with different teams internally within Finance, across multi-functional teams and with external stakeholders to deliver value to the company

• Enable process improvement opportunities and projects by understanding the end-to-end processes, interpreting data, and bringing insights and ideas forward

• Support building organizational capability by sharing your knowledge and expertise

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or management accounting
