Qualifications

• Completed senior high school or has at least completed second year of college.
• At least 6 months of BPO experience is preferred but not required.
• Requires a strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Digital proficiency, including ability to navigate multiple systems and tools.
• Ability to interpret, apply, and clearly explain products, fare rules, and policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Consult customers on products and services to provide the best solutions for their needs by a variety of communication channels that could include voice, email or chat.
• Respond to inquiries with active listening – identifying additional needs and support any upgrades in products and services.
