Job summary

Optum, a UnitedHealth Group company, seeks a Manager for the PH Country Security Operations Center (CSOC) based in Makati. You will lead the Philippines CSOC, ensuring 24x7 monitoring, incident response, escalation, and reporting for personnel, facilities and operations, while aligning with corporate security policies.

You will partner with senior leadership, manage budgets, vendor relationships, and drive security awareness and continuous improvement across UHG entities globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive security experience across private/public sectors.
• Proven leadership of security operations centers or enterprise workplace security programs.
• Experience managing security incidents, investigations, and response.
• Experience leading security teams and contract security guard operations in a large environment.
• Experience supporting executive protection, travel security, or crisis management.
• Strong knowledge of physical security technologies and workflows.
• Ability to influence senior leaders with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Philippines CSOC to provide monitoring, incident response, escalation, and reporting for incidents affecting personnel, facilities, and operations.
• Deliver security incident metrics, trend analysis, and actionable intelligence to leadership.
• Coordinate security solutions with business leaders and Corporate Security program leads.
• Champion CSOC operations, security awareness, and proactive training for team members.
• Ensure country-level implementation of enterprise policies, standards, and technical specs.
• Develop and manage annual security operating and capital budgets for the Philippines.
• Manage relationships with third-party security vendors and monitor SLAs and KPIs.
• Provide quality assurance through regular reporting and stakeholder engagement.
