Candidates should have 5–10 years of experience, proficiency in PlanSwift and Excel, and leadership abilities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is required.
• 5–10 years of relevant quantity surveying experience in interior fit-out or civil works.
• Proficient with Excel for cost analysis and estimates.
• Proficient with PlanSwift for quantity takeoffs and measurements.
• Experience with ground-up residential and commercial construction projects.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate the quantity surveying team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise quantity surveying for CSA works, ensuring accurate takeoffs and estimates.
• Review drawings and documents to determine material quantities and scope.
• Prepare and review BOQ, cost estimates, takeoffs, and QS docs.
• Conduct detailed takeoffs using PlanSwift and other tools.
• Monitor project costs, evaluate variations, and assist cost control.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers regarding quantities and costs.
• Review quotations to verify quantities, scope, and cost accuracy.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of QS reports and documentation.
• Provide guidance to the QS team.
