The role requires 5+ years in AML/transaction monitoring and 2+ years in a leadership capacity, with strong communication and hands-on blockchain analytics experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AML transaction monitoring or related experience.
• 2+ years in a team lead, coaching, or supervisory role.
• Strong written and verbal communication to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC, and digital asset risk.
• Ability to review complex investigations and ensure quality control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee AML investigators reviewing crypto deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and fiat funding.
• Assign and monitor daily case inventory to meet SLAs.
• Escalate complex investigations and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Review work product for completeness, risk-based reasoning, and documentation.
• Coach investigators on case strategy, blockchain analytics, and SAR narratives.
• Assist with QA, calibrations, and corrective action plans.
• Maintain audit-ready case files with evidence and rationale.
• Prepare updates for leadership and client management.
