What You'll Do
Sales & Reservations
- Answer inbound calls from travel partners and guests regarding cruise vacations.
- Provide information on cruise itineraries, promotions, pricing, and availability.
- Recommend cruise products and vacation packages based on customer needs.
- Cross-sell and upsell relevant products and services.
- Secure new bookings and assist customers throughout the reservation process.
Reservation Servicing
- Modify existing reservations as requested.
- Process payments and maintain accurate booking records.
- Assist with special requests and guest preferences.
- Research and provide solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.
Customer Service Excellence
- Deliver professional, friendly, and personalized service.
- Resolve routine concerns and escalat e complex issues when necessary.
- Ensure all interactions meet company quality standards and service expectations.
Administrative Support
- Accurately enter and maintain customer and reservation information.
- Utilize multiple systems and tools to manage bookings and customer inquiries.
- Participate in training programs and ongoing development initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of customer service, sales, hospitality, travel, or call center experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM accurately.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including breaks and lunch schedules as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in reservations, travel, hospitality, tourism, airline, hotel, or cruise industries.
- Previous inbound sales or customer service experience.
- Associate degree or higher.
