Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a CRM Migration Specialist to drive data migration programs onsite in BGC, Taguig City. You will handle extraction, transformation, loading, and validation across multiple tranches, ensuring data quality and timely delivery.

You’ll partner with an Australia-based Migration Lead and collaborate with offshore/onshore teams on readiness, governance, and reporting. The role emphasizes hands-on migration execution, data cleansing, reconciliation, and proactive risk management

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in data migration, CRM projects, or system implementations
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM, or similar
• Exposure to structured or phased project delivery (Agile or waterfall)
• Experience working with international teams is a strong advantage

Your Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands‑on CRM Migration Specialist to support a large-scale customer migration program. You will play a key role in executing data migration activities, ensuring high data quality, and supporting tranche‑based deliveries.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a global transformation project, collaborating closely with an experienced Migration Lead based in Australia, and gaining exposure to enterprise CRM platforms and international delivery standards.

As a CRM Migration Specialist, You Will

Migration Execution (Hands-On)

• Execute data migration activities across multiple tranches (extraction, transformation, loading, and validation).
• Support migration runs aligned with business timelines and system readiness.
• Work with large datasets to ensure accurate and timely migration into the target CRM system.

Data Quality & Validation

• Cleanse, prepare, and validate customer data prior to migration.
• Perform reconciliation and post‑migration checks to ensure data integrity.
• Identify and troubleshoot data issues and support resolution with technical teams.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with the Australia‑based Migration Lead to deliver migration milestones.
• Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams across technology, data, and business functions.
• Support readiness tracking, including identifying risks, gaps, and blockers.

Governance & Reporting

• Follow structured migration frameworks, including tranche controls and gate Approvals.
• Update dashboards and reports to track migration progress and issues.
• Escalate risks and blockers clearly and proactively.

Experience

• 3–5 years’ experience in data migration, CRM projects, or system implementations
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM, or similar
• Exposure to structured or phased project delivery (Agile or waterfall)
• Experience working with international teams is a strong advantage

Technical Skills

• Solid experience in SQL, Excel, or data analysis tools
• Understanding of ETL processes and data validation techniques
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or middleware tools is a plus

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Proactive mindset with the ability to raise issues early
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment
• Strong communication skills for working with global stakeholders
