Job summary

KMC Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a CRM Marketing Specialist to support email and SMS campaigns during US after-hours coverage, reporting to the Senior Lifecycle Marketer.

You will build campaigns in Iterable or Klaviyo, QA before deployment, manage tickets via Slack, and adhere to established workflows in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Build, QA, and deploy email and SMS communications using Iterable, Klaviyo, or similar platforms; duplicate, configure, and manage workflows; validate audience segmentation and links; ensure readiness for deployment.
• Ticket Management: Monitor incoming requests through Slack-integrated ticketing workflows; self-manage tickets during coverage hours; prioritize urgent requests and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Perform detailed review of all communications before launch; identify issues; escalate concerns to prevent errors; maintain high accuracy.
• Documentation & Process Adherence: Follow campaign build processes and templates; document completed work and status updates; adhere to workflows created by the Senior Lifecycle Marketer.

About the Role

Our client I is seeking an experienced CRM Marketing Specialist to support the execution of email and SMS communications during US after-hours coverage. This is a highly execution-focused role designed to support the Senior Lifecycle Marketer by managing incoming communication requests, building campaigns, and ensuring quality assurance before deployment.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and experienced with marketing automation platforms such as Iterable or Klaviyo. This is a plug-and-play role where success depends on speed, accuracy, and the ability to operate with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

• Build, QA, and deploy email and SMS communications using Iterable, Klaviyo, or similar lifecycle marketing platforms
• Duplicate, configure, and manage existing workflows and templates
• Validate audience segmentation, personalization fields, links, UTM parameters, and send schedules
• Ensure all communications are accurately built and ready for deployment

Ticket Management

• Monitor incoming communication requests through Slack-integrated ticketing workflows
• Self-manage assigned tickets during designated coverage hours
• Prioritize urgent requests and ensure timely execution
• Coordinate with stakeholders through Slack when clarification is required

Quality Assurance

• Perform detailed review of all communication requests before launch
• Identify inconsistencies, missing information, incorrect dates, broken links, or formatting issues
• Escalate concerns proactively to prevent sending errors
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail

Documentation & Process Adherence

• Follow established campaign build processes and templates
• Maintain documentation of completed work and status updates
• Adhere closely to existing workflows created by the Senior Lifecycle Marketer
