Job summary

One Spica Tauri Corporation is seeking a proactive on-site Sales/Marketing Support professional in North Caloocan. The role involves assisting customers, providing product information, and maintaining strong relationships with leads and clients.

You will support the Sales and Marketing team in handling customer-related activities, set appointments, and generate/qualify leads while ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate CRM updates. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Internship or prior experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or lead generation is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with sales, marketing and CRM systems.
• Willing to work on-site in North Caloocan.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and potential clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Provide accurate and timely information about the company’s products and services.
• Manage and maintain good relationships with leads and clients.
• Support the Sales and Marketing team in handling customer-related activities.
• Set and coordinate customer appointments and plant visits.
• Generate and qualify potential leads.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and potential clients.
• Update and maintain customer and lead information in the CRM system.
• Monitor lead status and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing team to address customer needs and concerns.
