Lendi Group, a leading digital platform, seeks a Marketing Automation Specialist to design and optimise customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will build personalised emails, SMS, and landing pages, write SQL when needed, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver timely campaigns.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in marketing automation platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build journeys and emails.
• Skilled in email development using HTML, CSS and AMPscript.
• Experience in stakeholder and campaign management to deliver communications in a timely manner.
• Experience building automated journeys.

Aufgaben

• Work with a Customer Journey Manager designing and building marketing automation workflows.
• Design and build personalised email, SMS and landing page experiences in Marketing Cloud.
• Have an understanding of database objects and the ability to write SQL queries with AI assistance.
• Supporting a Customer Journey Manager with the build, testing, reporting and optimisation of regular campaign sends
• Define segmentation criteria for batch and trigger emails/SMS campaigns and conduct A/B testing.
• QA support for the journeys team on other member journeys and campaigns
• Creating and maintaining documentation for journeys and campaigns.
• Coordinating the roadmap and backlog of Customer Journey/Lifecycle and Marketing Cloud enhancements and feature expansions
• Working with a journeys team to drive best practice, efficiency, and optimisation to meet business objectives.
• Manage and triage help desk tickets for the journeys space.
