Job summary

Nityo Infotech Services Philippines Inc. is seeking a Sales Support & Client Coordination specialist to handle inbound and outbound sales calls, respond to client inquiries, verify job requirements, and manage job listings.

You will coordinate client meetings and internal discussions and maintain accurate records in the CRM. In this role you will support CRM data management, assist in preparing sales reports, monitor pipeline activity, and keep documentation organized.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate
• Clear, professional spoken English with a neutral accent
• 2+ years of contact center, sales support, or telemarketing experience (BPO background a plus)
• Capable of organizing and maintaining clear, structured records — job listings, CRM entries, and documentation others can pick up without confusion
• Proven ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts with clients or candidates without needing to escape every issue
• Comfortable multitasking across calls, CRM updates, and admin tasks within the same shift
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while still hitting team goals

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and respond to client inquiries
• Verify job requirements and create and manage job listings
• Coordinate and schedule client meetings, interviews, and internal discussions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client, lead, and job records in the CRM system
• Track lead progress and document outcomes
• Support the preparation of sales reports and monitor pipeline activity
• Track performance metrics and updates
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team
• Manage email correspondence, reminders, and follow-ups
• Organize digital folders, sales trackers, and reference materials
