Job summary

Cornersteel Systems Corporation seeks a facilities technician to monitor and maintain critical systems including CCTV, fire detection and alarm systems, HVAC equipment, and UPS units. You will perform routine checks, respond to service requests, and coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and repairs.

Ideal candidates have a degree in Electrical/Mechanical or a related technical field, basic English, and the ability to read technical diagrams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical or 2-year related technical course.
Basic English oral and written communication skills.
Computer literate; able to read and interpret technical diagrams.
Sufficient understanding of Facilities Management and maintenance of critical systems such as ACs and UPS.
Experience in routine repairs and troubleshooting for these systems is desirable.
Driver's license preferred.
NC II certification is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

Regular monitoring with daily or weekly checks of CCTV, FDAS, AC temperature, and UPS.
Quarterly maintenance of air-conditioning equipment and other mechanical devices.
Respond to service requests for repair, repainting, and upkeep of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors during maintenance or repair procedures.
