Job summary

Avaloq is seeking a Mid-Level Avaloq Technical Business Analyst to join our Credit Team. You will bridge business requirements and technical implementation within the Avaloq Core Banking Platform, collaborating with clients, product owners, engineers and other technology stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings banking process knowledge, hands-on Avaloq/Oracle technical skills, fluent programming and strong analytical problem-solving abilities to shape secure Credit solutions and support the

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/Engineering/Math or equivalent.
5+ years in business analysis or software engineering in financial industry.

Responsibilities

Analyze and translate business requirements into detailed technical specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Contribute hands-on to the implementation of Credit features by developing and reviewing code.
Collaborate with architects and developers to define scalable and secure Credit solutions.
Gather requirements, align on solution design, and drive decision-making across business and technical stakeholders.
Support the full software development lifecycle, including design, development and testing.
