Job summary

Avaloq is seeking a Mid-Level Avaloq Technical Business Analyst to join our Credit Team in a hybrid work setup in Metro Manila. You will bridge business requirements and technical implementation within the Avaloq Core Banking Platform, collaborating with clients, product owners, engineers, and other technology stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into sustainable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics or equivalent.
• Min. 5years of experience with business analysis or software engineering in the financial industry.
• Good programming skills (PL/SQL, SQL,PostgreSQL) or any databases.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.
• Excellent client-orientation and strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and structured working method with a passion for learning.
• It would be a real bonus if you have ACCP Certification

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
• Contribute hands-on to the implementation of Creditfeatures by developing and reviewing code
• Collaborate with architects and developers to define scalable and secure Credit solutions
• Gather requirements, align on solution design, and drive decision-making across business and technical stakeholders
• Support the full software development lifecycle, including design, development and testing
