Job summary

Avaloq Group is seeking a Mid-Level Avaloq Technical Business Analyst to join our Credit Team. You will bridge business requirements and technical implementation within the Avaloq Core Banking Platform.

You will work with clients, product owners, software engineers and other technology stakeholders to analyze requirements, assess impacts and translate business needs into sustainable technical Credit solutions.

Qualifications

University degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics or equivalent.
Min. 5 years of experience in business analysis or software engineering in the financial industry.
Good programming skills (PL/SQL, SQL, PostgreSQL) or any databases.
Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.
Excellent client-orientation and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
Contribute hands-on to the implementation of Creditfeatures by developing and reviewing code
Collaborate with architects and developers to define scalable and secure Credit solutions
Gather requirements, align on solution design, and drive decision-making across business and technical stakeholders
Support the full software development lifecycle, including design, development and testing
