Job summary

The Laguna Creamery Inc is seeking a Credit Supervisor to lead the credit evaluation and monitoring processes, ensure sound credit decisions, and safeguard the company’s accounts receivable. You will supervise the credit team, manage assessments, monitor exposure and aging, ensure compliance with policies, and collaborate with Sales and Finance to keep operations smooth.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in credit management with leadership, strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years in credit management, credit risk analysis, or accounts receivable, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment, financial statement analysis, and credit management practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills with integrity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as SAP.

Responsibilities

The role leads the Credit team, manages credit assessments and credit limits, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and effective credit management.

Basic Function
