Job summary

Country Funders Finance Corporation is seeking a Risk Manager to oversee its risk management framework with a primary focus on credit risk. You will identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks that may impact financial performance and strategic objectives.

You will lead the development and implementation of risk policies, credit risk models, and reporting tools to ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices. Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field.
• 8–10 years in risk management, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity handling risk.
• Experience in banking/financial services with credit risk and regulatory requirements.
• Experience developing risk policies, credit models, and stress-testing frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced risk assessment knowledge.
• Leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
