GCash is seeking an Acquisition Policy Development & Optimization professional to strengthen credit risk strategies in the Philippines. The role involves evaluating creditworthiness, refining eligibility policies, and monitoring performance across acquisition channels within a FinTech context.

Qualifikationen

• Analyze and assess creditworthiness of potential eligible base (EB) using data sources and internal scoring models.
• Develop, implement, and refine acquisition credit risk strategies and eligibility policies.
• Monitor effectiveness of current credit strategies and recommend adjustments based on portfolio performance, market trends, and risk appetite.
• Utilize statistical analysis and modeling techniques to enhance risk segmentation and decision-making.

Aufgaben

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to loan originations and early portfolio performance.
• Develop and maintain regular reports on KRIs, EBs and disbursements, take up rates, and other metrics.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
