Job summary

Ben Edictio Search is seeking a credit/portfolio analyst in Pasay City for night shift (9PM-6AM). The role is a direct hire with hybrid work (2-4x onsite per month).

The candidate will develop financial models, review deals, onboard new accounts, and monitor portfolios with a focus on credit metrics and market data. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of credit/portfolio analysis experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in financial modelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in credit/portfolio analysis with financial modelling, credit ratio analysis, valuation, portfolio monitoring, and underwriting review.
• Working knowledge of Power BI and Chronograph is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for capital, KPIs, and credit ratio analysis.
• Review investment memos, credit agreements and other diligence items; assist in amendments and financing.
• Onboard new deals.
• Manage timely collection of borrower financial packages and compliance certificates.
• Prepare materials for valuation committees and memos; support third-party valuation providers.
• Review and track relevant market data.

• Develop and maintain financial models for capital, key performance metrics, and credit ratio analysis and monitor monthly or quarterly financial performance of portfolios.
• Review investment memos, credit agreements, legal documentation and other diligence items, and assist in analyzing and evaluating amendments and incremental financing.
• Onboard new deals.
• Manage the timely collection of borrower financial packages and compliance certificates.
• Prepare materials for the valuation committee, valuation memos, supporting materials for third-party valuation providers, and roll forward valuation models each quarter.
• Review and track relevant market data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting or any related course.
• With 3-5 years of experience in credit/portfolio analysis. Must have experience in financial modelling, credit ratio analysis, valuation, portfolio monitoring, trading/transaction comparables, and reviewing underwriting materials.
• Good to have working knowledge in Power BI and Chronograph
• With strong verbal and written communication skills.
