Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile repayment transactions and ensure records are accurate.
• Check completeness of collateral documents and assist in releasing them to clients.
• Prepare and organize loan documents for notarization.
• Encode, update, and maintain credit files and internal trackers.
• Create security interests for newly released loans.
• Conduct regular vehicle registration checks and elevate discrepancies.
• Maintain clean, complete physical and digital archives.
• Provide general administrative support to the Credit and Collections teams.
