Job Summary:

Responsible for evaluating and validating client documentation through the CRM system, conducting interviews with borrowers and co-borrowers, and carrying out on-site inspections of residential units and business locations. Ensures accurate identity verification, assessment of living conditions, third-party confirmations, and completion of comprehensive Credit Approval Memoranda (CAM) with approval recommendations, including employment, agency, trade, bank, and reference verification.
