Job summary

ADDESSA CORPORATION is seeking a Credit Investigator/Collector at the Balanga City branch to manage credit investigations for installment loan applicants and collect payments within the assigned area.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cash collection or similar financial operations.
• Ability to travel within area and meet collection targets.
• Must have a motorcycle and a valid driver’s license.
• Senior high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct credit investigations for all installment loan applicants.
• Collect monthly installment payments from ADDESSA customers within assigned area coverage.
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions and prepare collection reports.
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments and collection schedules.
• Monitor and track collection activities to ensure targets are met.
