Job summary

ADDESSA CORPORATION is seeking a Credit Investigator/Collector for our Tarlac City branch. You will conduct credit investigations and collect monthly installments, maintaining detailed records and preparing reports.

Travel within the coverage area and driving a motorcycle are required to fulfill collection routes. The ideal candidate will have proven cash collection experience, the ability to work independently to meet targets, and hold a senior high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cash collection or similar financial operations roles.

• Willingness to travel within area of coverage; motorcycle driving required.
• Senior high school diploma or equivalent.

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Conduct credit investigations for all installment loan applicants.
• Collect monthly installment payments from ADDESSA customers within assigned area coverage.
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions and prepare collection reports.
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments and collection schedules
• Monitor and track collection activities to ensure targets are met

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in cash collection or similar financial operations roles
• Ability to work independently and meet collection targets
• Physical ability to travel to multiple locations within area of coverage for collection purposes
• Ability to drive motorcycle and a valid driver's license is a must
• Senior high school diploma or equivalent qualification
