• Ability to drive motorcycle and a valid driver's license is a must.
• Senior high school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct credit investigations for all installment loan applicants.
• Collect monthly installment payments from ADDESSA customers within assigned area coverage.
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions and prepare collection reports.
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments and collection schedules
• Monitor and track collection activities to ensure targets are met
