Job summary

ADDESSA CORPORATION, a leading appliance and consumer electronics retailer, seeks a Credit Investigator/Collector for its Apalit, Pampanga branch. The role focuses on credit investigations for installment loans and proactive collection of monthly payments in the assigned area.

The ideal candidate has proven cash collection experience, can work independently to meet targets, and is physically able to travel across locations with a motorcycle license.

Qualifications

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Conduct credit investigations for all installment loan applicants.
• Collect monthly installment payments from ADDESSA customers within assigned area coverage.
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions and prepare collection reports.
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments and collection schedules
• Monitor and track collection activities to ensure targets are met

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in cash collection or similar financial operations roles
• Ability to work independently and meet collection targets
• Physical ability to travel to multiple locations within area of coverage for collection purposes
• Ability to drive motorcycle and a valid driver's license is a must
• Senior high school diploma or equivalent qualification
