You will advise Marketing staff on approvals, coordinate discrepancies with Dealer Coordinators, confirm purchase orders, and monitor deliveries while maintaining CMAP lists.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in Financing Management, business or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication skills.
• Open for fresh graduates.

Aufgaben

• Daily encoding of credit applications received.
• Facilitates & process credit applications in to various Financing companies.
• Follow-up status of credit applications from the different banks.
• Advice Marketing Professionals/managers on the status or approval of their customers.
• Coordinates with the Dealer Coordinators all discrepancies in credit approvals and informs Sales Dept. of the new status.
• Confirm Bank/Company Purchase Order prior to unit deliveries.
• Compilation and update customers on CMAP lists.
• Monitors daily deliveries and schedule of unit deliveries.
