Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Credit Control Analyst (Mid Shift) in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. You will execute credit evaluations, perform dunning and debt collection, and maintain financial documentation to support cash flow and accuracy of ERP data.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance, 2–3 years in end-to-end customer account management, and proficiency with ERP and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance
• 2–3 years of end-to-end Customer Account Management
• Experience with credit management and Dun & Bradstreet is an advantage
• ERP experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform credit evaluations for clients and reactives, assessing financial and legal standing
• Conduct dunning and debt collection via email and phone to ensure timely payments
• Prepare and maintain cash receipts forecasts, demand letters, and statements of account
• Maintain registers such as bad debtor lists and receipt records
• Monitor signed documentation and process credit note approvals
• Process and reconcile cash receipts, including refunds and adjustments
• Generate financial reports and ensure ERP data accuracy
• Escalate issues to Team Manager as needed
