Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking a Credit/Collections Coordinator I in Manila. The role sits in the Order to Cash team and focuses on timely collection of balances, credit risk reviews, and management of payment terms across multiple business areas.

Responsibilities include risk assessment, reviewing limits, and mentoring junior staff, with a hybrid work schedule requiring two days on-site per month. You will collaborate with Sales and other departments to optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Credit reviews and risk assessments in line with internal policies.
• Review credit limits and payment terms per GCP and SOX.
• Monitor political and economic risks and advise Regional Head of Credit Control.
• Support and mentor Credit Controllers and ensure procedures are followed.
• Review and sanction extended payment terms with Sales.
• Manage overdue accounts and conduct collections and disputes resolution.
• Escalate unresolved accounts to Legal as required.
• Review stopped-order reports and advise on releases/holds.
• Prepare reports on overdue balances and key accounts.
• Act as a key user for Credit Control systems; participate in testing and UAT.
• Support team priorities, recruitment, and process improvements.
• Maintain relationships with Sales and related departments.
