Responsibilities

• Manage Credits and ensure accurate billing and timely collection of revenue transactions.
• Record billed and collected transactions accurately.
• Prepare and submit credit & collection reports (e.g., Ageing of Accounts Receivable, Bad Debts).
• Participate in strategic management processes.
• Manage the credit and collection team and ensure policy compliance.
• Recommend process improvements to strengthen controls and efficiency.
