Job summary

Temps and Staffers Inc. in Quezon City seeks an experienced Credit and Collection Supervisor to lead our credit and collection operations. You will oversee accounts receivable, client billing, collections, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely cash flow.

The role requires strong experience in billing cycles, AR management, and supervision of a Credit and Collection team, with collaboration across Operations, Payroll, Accounting, and client representatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of credit, collections, billing, or AR experience with supervisory exposure.
• Experience in manpower staffing or service-oriented industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Credit and Collection team operations.
• Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.
• Review and approve invoices, billing statements, and supporting documents.
• Prepare and issue accurate client invoices to multiple accounts.
• Track aging and implement collection strategies for overdue accounts.
• Coordinate with clients on balances, payment schedules and reconciliations.
• Handle escalated billing and collection issues professionally.
• Validate billable hours and payroll-related billing items with operations.
• Ensure billing aligns with contracts, service agreements, and rates.
• Generate reports on AR, collections, and overdue balances for management.
• Establish and monitor credit control procedures to improve cash flow.
• Lead and develop Credit and Collection staff.
