Job summary

Teradyne Philippines, Ltd. - Cebu is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support Corporate Credit and Collections. You will contribute to data entry, reconciliations, risk assessment, and cash recovery while helping prepare management reports.

The role requires a degree in accounting or finance, 2+ years in credit/collections, ERP exposure, and strong communication skills. Willingness to work extended hours and night shifts is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years credit and collection experience; international trading knowledge a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Access and Excel, Power Query and Power Automate.
• Prior ERP experience, e.g., Oracle 11i, is an advantage.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to resolve financial issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eager to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work extended hours when needed.
• Able to work night shift on rostered months.

Responsibilities

• Financial Data Entry and Analysis: enter data accurately and timely.
• Balance sheet reconciliations and related reports as required.
• Credit Risk Assessment: analyze data and set appropriate credit limits.
• Cash Recovery: monitor accounts receivable and collect invoices.
• Management Reporting: assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Collaboration and Communication: coordinate with team and stakeholders.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: assist in budgets and variance analysis.
• Ad hoc Projects: support treasury, reporting, and inventory/asset tasks.
