Job summary

Focus Global Inc. is seeking a Credit & Collection Intern to support day-to-day finance operations, including account monitoring, document processing, and data reconciliation, offering hands-on experience in credit and collection processes within a dynamic business environment.

Located in BGC, Taguig with a hybrid setup, this paid internship provides exposure to real-world finance systems and the chance to learn from a dedicated finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management, Accounting, or Management Accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Willing to learn and support finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Account and Reconciliation Support: assist in tagging bank statements, reconcile BIR 2307 forms, ensure accuracy before month-end closing.
• Data and System Support: update service monitoring sheet, encode transactions in AX, maintain organized financial data records.
• Administrative Support: print and prepare receipts, assist the team with documentation and day-to-day tasks.

About the Role

As a Credit & Collection Intern, you will support day-to-day finance operations by assisting in account monitoring, document processing, and data reconciliation. This role offers hands-on experience in credit and collection processes within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Account and Reconciliation Support
  • Assist in tagging bank statements to identify unaccounted deposits
  • Support reconciliation of BIR 2307 withholding tax forms
  • Help ensure accuracy of financial records prior to month-end closing
• Data and System Support
  • Update the HF Service Monitoring sheet for billed and paid accounts
  • Assist in encoding transactions in AX for service-related entries
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial data records
• Administrative Support
  • Print and prepare official and collection receipts
  • Assist the team with documentation and other day-to-day operational tasks

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management, Accounting, Management Accounting
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Willing to learn and support finance operations

Nice-to-Have (Optional but recommended!)

• Familiarity with accounting concepts or financial documentation
• Experience with data entry or administrative tasks (school or internship)
