Job summary

Philippine Business Bank is seeking a Credit Appraiser to conduct and prepare accurate appraisal reports for lending decisions, ensuring timeliness and cost efficiency.

The role supports lending officers in the credit evaluation process. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in business/commerce-related fields and have at least 1 year in banking. Licensed Appraiser is a plus. Location is Dagupan, Pangasinan; work is in person.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
• At least 1 year of working experience in a bank as Appraiser.
• Licensed Appraiser is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and prepare accurate appraisal reports within deadline and at the least cost.
• Assist lending officers in the credit evaluation process.
