• Routine background checking of customer status.
• Assist in filing court claims against erring customers.

• Prepare and send statement of accounts to customers.
• Prepare collection itinerary for in-house collectors.
• Coordinate with agents for updates on collection schedule.
• Monitor and track delinquent accounts, updating the sales team.
• Forward documentation for legal actions to appropriate authorities.
• Approve credit releases based on company policies.
• Place accounts on credit hold and notify stakeholders.

• Prepare and send statement of accounts and open items of assigned accounts to customers.
• Prepare collection itinerary for in house collectors and monitor their compliance and performance.
• Coordinate with agents for updates on the collection schedule
• Monitor and track delinquent and overdue accounts and regularly update the sales team.
• Forward documentation related to legal actions and debt recovery to the appropriate authorities.
• Approve credit releases from the hold queue based on company policies.
• Place accounts on credit hold when necessary and notify relevant stakeholders.
