Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Credit & Collection specialist in the Philippines to manage billing, collections, and field collection activities. The role includes monitoring outstanding AR, documenting account details, and ensuring timely transmission of collection data to AR issuance.

The ideal candidate has a Finance/Accounting degree, 1+ year in credit & collection, is amenable to travel, and holds a valid driver's license, ready to work on-site in Nueva Ecija.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in Credit & Collection or equivalent.
• Proven ability to monitor and collect accounts.
• Ability to document and update account files.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time billing to accounts and monitor daily AR transmission.
• Conduct collection follow-ups to achieve 90% collection efficiency.
• Manage accounts and supervise field collection activities.
• Monitor productivity and field efficiency in collection operations.
• Record and report outstanding AR balances daily or weekly.

• Ensure on-time billing to accounts is done
• Conduct collection follow-up to ensure timely collection of accounts and achievement of 90% Collection Efficiency
• Account Management
• Monitors collection
• In-charge of field activities for field collection
• Ensure productivity and field efficiency is achieved
• Ensure all collection for the day is transmitted to C&C clerk for AR issuance and recording
• Maintains and updates the individual file folders of accounts
• Documenting all the required details for future reference.
• Resolve customer credit concerns
• Report outstanding balance in AR/ collection activity on a daily or weekly basis

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• With at least 1 year work experience specialized in Credit & Collection or equivalent
• Amenable to travel
• with driver's license
