Responsibilities

• Assist with the processing and review of merchant and customer credit applications.
• Capture, verify, and maintain accurate applicant information and supporting documentation.
• Conduct credit bureau checks and data verification as required.
• Review applications for completeness and follow up on missing information or documentation.
• Assist with preparing application summaries, offers, and re-advance documentation.
• Maintain accurate application records throughout the processing lifecycle.
• Ensure applications are processed in accordance with established policies, procedures, and turnaround times.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Credit Risk and Underwriting teams.
• Perform accurate data entry and update applicant and application information in internal systems.
• Support workflow management, document processing, and application tracking.
