Conexus MedStaff in the Philippines is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to ensure medical staff hold current licenses and credentials to work legally. You will review records to verify compliance before hiring and coordinate with Immigration, HCP Services and Recruitment teams to deploy qualified professionals.
You will maintain regulatory compliance with Joint Commission, federal/state requirements, manage I-9/E-Verify, and help develop internal credentialing processes while building

The Credentialing Specialist ensures that medical staff members acquire initial and maintain current credentials and licenses to work legally in their field or specialty. They also review information on potential new employees to make sure all required licenses and credentials are current before hiring.
The role holder works closely with colleagues on the Immigration, HCP Services and Recruitment team and will work closely with the operations team to ensure all qualified Healthcare Professionals are credentialled and are able to deploy timely to assigned positions.
