Job summary

Snappr seeks a results-driven recruitment and sales professional to help expand our photographer community and onboard partners across markets. You will manage recruitment funnels, reach out to photographers, and champion Snappr’s value proposition with a proactive, can-do attitude.

The role requires 2+ years in sales, recruiting, or account management, with fluent English, and a willingness to work 100% onsite in Ortigas. Photography experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or recruiting.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent phone manner and sales mindset.
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets to organize photographer funnels.
• Willingness to report 100% onsite in Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Help Snappr expand to new markets by growing our photographer community.
• Set up and maintain photographer recruitment funnels to meet targets.
• Assist photographers with onboarding from start to finish.
• Reach out to interested photographers to recruit them to Snappr.
• Sell Snappr's value proposition to photographers and grow platform adoption.
• Demonstrate hustle and ownership to drive growth.
