The ideal candidate is proficient in English, has a strong phone manner, and ideally possesses at least a year of experience in a call center. The position is fully onsite in Ortigas and comes with benefits like health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience at a call center selling to US or Australian clients preferred.
• Ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution.
• Knowledge of Australian and American culture and e-commerce industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help Snappr expand to new markets by booking photoshoots for customers worldwide.
• Answer questions about the photoshoot process and resolve scheduling issues.
• Work with photographers to consult clients on their needs.

Skills

Proficiency in written and spoken English
