Job summary

Snappr in the Philippines is hiring a Creator Acquisition Specialist to grow our photographer network and streamline recruitment. You will source, contact, and recruit photographers, guiding them smoothly through onboarding to accelerate Snappr's growth.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales or recruiting, fluent English, strong phone skills, and proficiency with Excel/Sheets. This is an onsite role in Ortigas with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, account management, or recruiting.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Excellent phone manner with a sales mindset.
• Able to organize photographer funnels in Excel/Sheets.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Help Snappr expand to new markets by growing photographer networks.
• Set up and maintain recruitment funnels to hit targets.
• Assist photographers through onboarding from start to finish.
• Reach out to interested photographers and promote Snappr’s value.
• Sell Snappr's proposition to photographers.
• Own growth initiatives and drive results.
