Job summary

Mummys Market Pte Ltd is seeking a creative and detail oriented Creative Designer to join its marketing team. The role focuses on turning ideas into compelling visuals across digital and print platforms in a fast-paced environment.

You will support campaigns, produce engaging visual content, ensure brand consistency, design online and offline assets, and assist with short-form video, photography, and print-ready artwork while collaborating across the team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, creative design, or video editing.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of print production and artwork preparation.
• Strong sense of layout, colour, typography, and visual composition.
• Good awareness of digital content trends and social media visuals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the conceptualisation and execution of creative visuals aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
• Design and produce a range of online and offline marketing assets including social content and posters.
• Ensure creative assets are delivered on schedule while maintaining brand consistency and quality.
• Assist in creating short-form video content (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok).
• Edit and assemble video content using new and existing assets.
• Support on-site photography and videography, including basic image retouching.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors on production specs.
• Assist with ad-hoc creative tasks and marketing campaigns.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
