Job summary

Hashtag Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic designer to translate strategy and briefs into clear, effective visuals for social and digital channels. You will work closely with copywriters, accounts, and other creatives to produce on-brand assets that are easy for clients to approve and teams to execute.

In the first 90 days, you’ll master our workflow, understand the accounts you support, and deliver value with minimal revisions.

Qualifications

• Translate strategy and briefs into platform-appropriate visuals across social and digital channels.
• Collaborate with copywriters, accounts, and other creatives to deliver on-brand assets that are easy for clients to approve and easy for teams to execute.
• Maintain typography, layout, and brand application across formats; keep files organized and production-ready.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute high-quality visuals across social and digital formats (always-on, campaigns, simple animations where relevant).
• Translate briefs into layouts that are clear, on-brand, and purposeful.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Content and Accounts teams to ensure aligned messaging and visuals.
