Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in videography, video editing, and directing.
• Experience working with creators or influencers, especially on TikTok.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut).
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, video styles, and engagement strategies.
• Expertise in camera operation, lighting setup, and audio recording.
• Excellent directorial skills to guide creators and ensure cohesive storytelling.

Responsibilities
