Job summary

Digital Brand Builders builds and launches DTC Shopify brands for clients, two to three at a time, across the US, UK, EU, UAE and Australia. We need a Creative Strategist to own the ideas behind the ads: come up with concepts across every brand we are launching, get them tested fast, and use the data and feedback to decide what gets made next.

Remote, full time or part time employment, reporting to the founder.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing or direct-response copy for DTC e-commerce.
• Ads you can point to, with the results behind them.
• Comfortable reading ad account data and running tests.
• Able to hold two or three brands in your head in the same week.
• Clear writer, organized, works remotely without being chased.

• Set every round up as a test with a clear hypothesis.

• Read the results weekly, iterate the winners, kill the losers, and feed what you learned into the next round.
• Keep that loop running across all brands and report what worked for each one.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing or direct-response copy for DTC e-commerce, mainly on Meta ads.
• Ads you can point to, with the results behind them.
• Comfortable reading ad account data and running tests, not just producing creative.
• Able to hold two or three different brands in your head in the same week.
• Clear writer, organised, works remotely without being chased.
• Supplements or wellness experience is a plus.

• Monthly salary plus a bonus for every winning concept.
• Full time or part time employment, not freelance.
• Fully remote, with some overlap with Dubai hours.
• Start as soon as possible. A notice period is fine.
