Job summary

BIOFIT is expanding its creative team and we’re looking for a Creative Strategist to join one of our new Creative Pods. You’ll be responsible for developing concepts, hooks, angles, briefs, and creative direction for performance-driven paid social campaigns.

We’re looking for someone who understands both creative strategy and why ads perform, and who can turn insights into clear creative direction. You’ll work with UGC creators and translate strategy into executable creative concepts, reviewing

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of relevant creative strategy experience.
• Experience with DTC and e-commerce brands.
• Agency and/or performance marketing experience preferred.
• Experience with apparel, clothing, or comfort-led brands is highly valued.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Strong understanding of paid social creative, hooks, angles, messaging, and customer psychology.
• Comfortable working with UGC creators and UGC-based creative.
• Able to develop briefs and translate strategy into executable creative concepts.
• Comfortable reviewing performance and using insights to inform future creative.
